These folks are lower than low. They pray on the hopes of others.

They took my money. Asked a number of times for paperwork they forgot to tell me they needed. After I get it. 6 months later they ask for something else, and will tell you it's your fault. And any paperwork you provide to them will be lost for ever. I fired them and begged and pleaded to send me my paperwork back. They just keep asking question. Like they never even heard you. I have been patient for the 1.5 YEARS, waiting for them to do something. Anything...

I have printed everything and plan a mass marketing campaign to educate the public, and have begun to contact authorities, in hopes to put these people in jail, where they belong. I wish I lived in Kentucky... Lol. You folks that do. Go after 'em..
