International Magazine Company, lacks professionlism and customer service while dealing with consumer in resolving a disconnect in billing invoicing. On 9 Jan I received a call from Jackie an assocate in the collection Department who informed me that my account was 2 months over due and offered to settle the over due amount and give me a discount if I agreed to her terms and paid in full today. While on line with her I contacted American express and ask if a charge from IMC had been rejected or declined, to which they replyed No, but another magazine company had been for the same amount of 39.87.

I refused and ask to speak with the supervisor and Jackie asked me why and there was no need to go over her head either pay or collection procedures would begain Da...

After numberious calls to the company from Flordia to Minnisota I whiched Brad who of course was of the same mind set to no avail. Finally got intouch with the Operations manager for collection who asknowledged the disconnect with the Billing and name of the company attempting to bill my Amex Card and offered another settlement which I excepted contengent on being able to speak to a owner or general manager.

Finally speaking to Brittney its clear that it's the corporate mindset of International Magazine Company to insist complaince at the risk of your credit report.
