Diane and Jeremy Valentine Owners are Money hungry inconsiderate Liars, Sales are Fraudulent, Deceptive business practices

This purchase is a devastation for me. They continually deceive and flat out lied to me to get their money. Diane & Jeremy Valentine are liars. I traded in a Free Flow spa & was told that the new HotSprings spa was only 4 years old with one owner When they delivered it & took my trade in to be sold on consignment in their store, the newer one would not heat the water & half the jets would not work.

It took them 3 weeks to finally get it up & running after The repairs were done. At that time Jeremy told me the spa actually had multiple owners & was much older, in fact I did some research & found the spa is about 15 years old. Diane gave me a verbal 30 day warranty, but not only should that apply from date delivered but also extended for instant parts repair since the spa never worked correctly from the first day it arrived and still will not work.
