Customer service and rude owne

We have a pool heater an called the manufacture, Hayward Pool Products, about a recall and service rep in our area. We were given WHITEN POOL SERVICE in our city. Called them on May 27 and were informed that it would ten (10) days. That was fine and understandable to me.

Mr. Whiten showed up with out a call on May 28 in the evening and spoke with my wife. Told her the problems as he saw them. No problem so far. Said he would get back with us on Tuesday since the holiday week end. He did call then, so I called on Wednesday 6/2 to sorta move the process along. No call back. Thursday I stopped by the store and left them a message to please call me with the cost and when it might get done.

Later in the afternoon my wife called the store and asked, sorta informed, that she needed to hear back from Mr. Whiten by close of business. To call him on his cell rather than on the turck dispatch.in no less than 5 mins a Mrs. Whiten called and told my wife she had been rude to the counter girl and who did she think she was telling her how to run the business. My wife started to talk, but was cut off that in no way were they going to service our pool and hung up the phone.

I called on Friday and as soon as I gave my name was hung up on. We have called the company, Hayward Pool Products and place a complaint about there customer service.

Today, Friday June 4, I have enlisted another service company in fixing our pool. They have to come some 20 miles for the service.

Just wanted anyone to know that WHITEN POOLS of Carrollton, Georgia does not provide customer service and it may spill over to their work habits.
