Not refunding me

I'm in a dreadful debt scenario, I applied noteworld to assist me get my business collection agencies off my back providing them with $240.00 per month, today my situation has exploded toughest, and also have compensated them $480.00 I can not keep my funds up with Noteworld, I never got any point completed from their store and that I requested to get a reimbursement plus they stated no, I thought like all my cash went into assisting my-self get free from debt and today they've created it difficult for me personally to pay for anyone today I'm in a mentality. Why cannot I acquire some of it back, not really $5.00 plus they no further wish to assist me. I simply realize that my lenders continue to be calling and that I have no idea how to proceed.
