Waiting 4 weeks for order refill

I dropped my battery and 1 automizer. I requested alternatives more than 4 months before but still have not obtained them. I call last Friday and low and see they simply arrived in... (you had believe they'd maintain stock. The smoke is faily good however the support is terrible. I waited about three or four months for my prior purchase also...
