Ben Delci of Delci eletric inc is preying on the latin people of phoenix arizona. He promises one price over the phone. When he arrives (late) Ben Delci then procedes to claim the repair is almost 4 times as much. From $150 on the phone to $600 when he arrives. When i asked him to leave he became combative. Say " Im a marine i dont lie". Relizing he was very primitive person i told him i calling to police. He quickly packed up his messy gear and shouted profanity at my wife. He finally left.

After talking with are other latino friends we found out that Ben delci from queen creek arizona does this alot. Many in are close nit community reported similar run ins with ben delci. It seems he uses his former marine status to gain trust. Shame on Ben delci! Casting a dark cloud over the good men and women protecting this country.

I ask the hispanic community to unite and put delci eletric inc out of business. Shame on you Ben delci from arizona. Hope we can rid arizona of sucj a crook
