No Goods, No Refund - waterford

I ordered and paid for a Waterford Christmas ornament 2 years ago. This company strung me along and strung me along and I finally had to order it somewhere else to get it. They kept putting my order in a processed status, but nothing was happening.

I still have not gotten my money back. If you see anything being sold by this company find it somewhere else.

This is probably too late to have anything done, since I can no longer get to a website for Via Cristalina.
