Transportatin Media, Inc. Stay Away, Deceptive sales tactics, overbilled credit card, terrible customer service

This company uses deceptive sales tactics. They over billed my credit card for over twice the amount I agreed to spend. When I asked for a full refund, they told me they could not do that. They wanted to give me a partial refund, and take away items that was in the original agreement. Their customer service is terrible. Say away from them.
