To whom it may concern:

I realize that with a company of your size, things
may get overlooked. I also know that mistakes can happen, but i feel like i need to address some issues that you may have overlooked. Or simply stated: mistakes that you have made.

About six weeks ago while shopping at the sam's club
in cary, nc, i was informed that my card was expired.

I paid at the register for a renewal. I thought no more of it until the next time i went shopping at sam's.

Where as i was again told that my card was expired. At which time i decided to cancel my purchase and go home to find my receipt.

As luck would have it, i could not find it. I decided that i would just get a membership to a different wholesale club called bj's here in raleigh.

Which i did. About a week later i recieved a notice in the mail stating that my membership with sam's had expired and would i like to renew my membership.

This was like pouring salt in a wound and i responded with a letter that i sent you back with the renewal notice explaining what had happenned and stating that i would never shop at sam's again. Well as time went by, i got over it.

I also missed shopping at sam's and decided i would forget about the poor qaulity of customer support and pay once again for a renewal.

Which i did. This time however, i saved the receipt.

I now recieve yet another renewal notice from you advising me that my membership has expired and would i like to renew. My answer? What do you think? Am i supposed to believe that this is simply a mistake on your part and that it rarely happens? Twice?

And if i hadn't saved my reciept this time, would i have had
to pay yet a third time for a membership?

Is this what it takes to stay in the black? My company may not be as large as sam's club, but i would hope that if i made a mistake and double billed someone, i would make it right with them.

And not by repeating the same mistake again. It's been a pleasure shopping at sam's club. Good luck with future memberships.
