I signed up with your company a week ago. After i completed the sign up, I found that your service for ringtones, is not compatible with my T-mobile phone. I immediately called and sent in e-mails to cancell my account, because I can not use your service. $1.99 was suppose to be taken from my account, but instead $23 was taken. I am very upset. I want my money put back into my account., Account number 9736412*, Account name, George B, Paid for with Visa debit. This is not good business. If you check my account you will see that I have not used your service because I can't. Please honor my 5th request to have my money returned.
