We never had a proper working phone. I never authorized them to take a payment out of my account and they did. I called 10 times and got a different story each time.

The rebate has to have 90 days service to be valid no mention on the web or in enclosed paperwork. Our phone is still not working and we are out over 200.00. This is the worst experience I have had on the web.
