No More Balances False Claim seems to good to be true

I went into an advertisement that claims for $99.00 (decreased from $198.00) they are able to OFFICIALLY eliminate all your charge card payments and amounts! I can't think that this is often accurate. It's to be always a rip-off and that I might recommend all that read this to become careful before trading a cent within this sceme.
