Ripoff, overpriced, poor quality

I ordered a (2" Sterling Silver 925) Hatchetman charm, Sometime in January. I first noticed in March that the product is chiping and pealing, And I believe real sterling silver should never chip or peal. I sent a letter to Psychopathic Records in Royal Oaks MI, twice complaining about the poor quality of their product. And requested a refund of my money of $75.00 or a replacement. I have not heard back from Psychopathic Records as of today 5/23/04.
