Ripoff offers free 30 days and does not fullfill

I signed up online for a free credit monitoring service.in which they were to send me an access code in the mail with in 5 to 7 days to access your first 30 days free.in accuallity you will only get about 2 weeks free. However, I never received the access code, and was not able to access the first 30 days free. On the 30th day though they were sure to charge me for the services I was not using.

When I called them they were reluctant to sent a refund, as they had me on hold I searched their name on the internet. This is when I found the 943 "rip off" reports already sited for them. After I mentioned this they informed me that my conversation was being recorded and offered me a fax number to submit my refund request to!!!
This company is a rip off!!!
