Bad company and staff

I had been approached by Donald at Risingstar a website design company. He offered me the hard-sell about how fantastic their function is and just how they are able to develop a site for me personally for $2,499.99. At that time it seemed good-and I charged the total amount through PayPal at his suggestion. Donald said he'd contact me about the next business-day and he'd start obtaining info for that site.

He didn't contact me… I had been likewise worried he never delivered mean E-Agreement or even the Conditions and Terms for this purchase. I named the amount Donald offered me and since there is no solution I quit a note that I had been rescheduling his solutions and that I needed my $2,499.99 returned. I proceeded to place the cost into challenge with PayPal and my charge card business. Later, I discovered that PayPal doesn't return on “VIRTUAL” costs
