Excellentsneakers.com/index.php advertised shoes for sale then took thirty percent of price with no refund! Internet

I went on this website after searching the internet for the shoes i wanted. Excellentsneakers.com came up with all diffrent sizes and colors so i ordered two pairs of two different shoes and got an email a week later saying they didnt have those sizes like the site said they did so i inconveniently changed two other pairs. Two days later i was informed that they didnt have those either! Finally i told them to refund me. They said they were sorry but they would have to take thirty percent out. At this point i just wanted something back so i confirmed the loss of thirty percent of $150! They gave me ten day (business) money back garuntee. They never gave me anything back! Please help
