TNT SHIPPING ripoff fraudelent billing harassment falsified customs documents

Long report kept short. Was sent a package from the pacific rim in a single TNT envelope. Company made mistake in Bill of Lading and added ALOT more. TNT's legal department contacted me three months after delivery looking for payment of $300.00 dollars for an item that was a commercial sample. I produced the envelope it came in, a letter from the company i was doing business with, witnesses, more, and it still wasn't enough for them. Guess they thought I would pay just to settle... NOPE!

Last I head they had sold the debt to another law fiem I guess... Have all their letters sealed in the file with all other evidence. More than enough to prove their case wrong. They will never get the money for that debt and our company does not accept shipping from TNT anymore.
