This is a credit card scam. Looks like your filling out a credit card application. You are not! They send you a P.O.S. Good for nothing card to some BS shopping catalog. (The stuff in the catalog sucks on top of it all!) These guys have ripped me off on their O% intrest and $15,000 credit line scam too. I would like to see these types of scams stopped because they are disguised fraudulant crimes that need to be addressed and the offenders dealt with seriously! Hope they get you First National Credit!
