Return Policy

The return policy sans bill is terrible. They provide only shop credit-which is okay, however they utilize every purchase/discount/etc. That they can actually affect a product. Removing thieves is outstanding - so... What do individuals who obtain presents and need an exchange for anything within the same budget range? Nothing. I acquired an ensemble as present for my boy. It had been quite a terrible shade and so I desired to trade it for another thing (more costly, I would include, completely good with spending the distinction). They stated I really could have $1 *store credit*. Yes - no. I really could promote it in a yard-sale for $5, it is a $22 ensemble. Therefore today I've to inform the gift-giver I believe her present was unpleasant and please provide me the bill, or market it for $5 at my next yard-sale (or ebay). Absurd. Managing every person who comes through the doorway just like a felony is *NOT* the way you handle clients. That'll be lots of enjoyment for them after-Christmas I imagine. Set that using the gruesome clothing range with half the material in vomit-shades (my problem, pea soup green: shudder:) or coated in sparkle/sequins/drops, and it is no surprise that just aged people look there.
