Be careful! They up-charge!

I understand the allure of their pricing structure. It's nice. But beware. They kept finding stuff wrong with our dog. We felt guilty if we didn't do the procedure or get the medicine so we did. On the third time, I said no and took her to our old vet. He said there wasn't anything wrong with her. I was outraged! When I tried to get out of my Banefield contract they wouldn't let me. Supreme rip-off in the vet industry!
