Rip-off! They don't comply with the law

My wife received a threatening letter from this people JBC Legal Group, P.C. Previously JBC & Associates back on 2001. The first communication they always sent is saying that the consumer have fail to respond to several demand when is only the first communication they sent.
When you request for verification, what they sent is a letter with the name of the companies (their clients) and the amount they say you owe. They don't legally validate debts, they fail to respond to complaints and they are very unprofessionals with the consumers. This "Law Firm" has a very unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau for several unanswered complaints.
