In Breach of Two Contracts with Autho

Matter 1. According to my author agreement with Clear Light Publications, my royalties are due and payable 90 days following each quarterly accounting period. My books have earned over $500 in royalties from January 1 through October 31 in 2011 and over $200 in the last quarter of 2010. I have not received any payment for these accounting periods.

Matter 2. According to my investor agreement with Clear Light Publications, my investment of over $20,000 was due in full by February. Clear Light Publications made several payments, some in money and some in books, but still owes approximately $9000.00. My husband and I have sought resolution with the publisher on this matter over the last nine months, but continue to meet many delays and minimal cooperation. Meanwhile, the publisher continues to make money from sales of books I paid to have printed, while not paying me my royalties and not paying off the loan.
