Chess White Tore $890 poster and will not return calls and staff plays stupid like it did not happen!

I left several expensive posters with them to frame. When I came back 2 days later to discuss having them linen backed I noticed the posters thrown on a table upfront with the edges hanging off the table and the posters bent in the middle. Several posters now have creases and damage!

Now the real issue at hand! One of the posters has a 24 inch tear on it and the owner will not return my calls and the rest of the staff plays stupid like they did not do it. Just take a look around and you will see expensive art just thrown all over the place!!!
