ShopN2000 - Ripoff Can't get refund

Back in October I originaly tried to cancel the AwayIrs program by sending multiple faxes, none of which was received according to NADN... They are very explicit when it comes to taping their conversations and their documentation but go out of their way
to dismiss the customers communication claims...

I called several times during the first month to cancel the program and was convinced (talked into) trying the ShopN2000 program which I was told would guarentee me a tax deduction of at least $5000... I was given a bunch of numbers over the phone and it sounded great until I did the numbers myself using the tax forms required to file for the deduction... I was also told that I had 3 days after receiving the documentation
(contracts) for the program in the mail... I called back after the initial call and told them I decided I didn't want the program and not bother to ship the contracts... They
told me (recorded conversation-suposedly) that my charge card hadn't been charged yet and wouldn't be without further authorization from me... A few weeks later I got the contracts in the mail and found that my card had been charged for the program... $2,495... I was irate and immediately called NADN... I talked to a director who had me fax a cancellation notice to his attention and he would wait by the fax machine to confirm to me he got it... I also sent 4 copies of the fax to 2 different fax machines at NADN... I also sent a certified envelope containing the fax and yet have received a confirmation that they got it??? After calling back at least 10 times over the next 3 weeks and given the supreme runaround I was told that they pulled the tape (never had a tape of my cancellation conversation???) of the original transaction and found that they had told me I had 3 days from the initial transaction to cancel... This is a lie. They never told me this... Said I had 3 days after I received the documentation to cancel... Also, how can you legally charge for something (downpayment) that you haven't contracted for?

Anyway, I am stuck at this point and will be requesting RIP-OFF Revenge to get my money back... I'll swallow the $800 I paid for the AwayIrs program even though I should have been cancelled from that also... NADN doesn't have anymore to offer than
what you can get from the IRS web site...
