Did not honor my request, sent wrong product

I ordered some men's perfume on-line at Lacoste.com, I received a female version of the same perfume. I contacted Lacoste.com they were a little rude, and insisted all sales are final. I escalated the issue to a supervisor, I asked that my order be honored. I paid $52 and did not receive what I ordered. I was told that the policy is all sales are final and I would be contacted back. I have not been contacted back, and I am out my $52 with a pour femme product not the Pour Hemme I ordered.
