The dishonesty is not tolerable

This business isn't a US company. I bought plants for my deceased relatives memorial. 30 days later I'm billed a forex exchange charge along with the blossoms. It was not revealed in my experience possibly on the site or even the bill delivered. The dishonesty isn't tolerable.
