Ripoff irresponsible bull terrier breeder. Shows no regard for people or the dogs that he sells

I purchased a puppy from James Weaver in 12/03. I brought him home at 7 weeks old. He was beautiful. He was part of our family.

I have 5 children, he was socialized and loved. We have a fenced yard and we went for daily walks. Then it happened.

At about 5 months old he started to change. He started becoming aggressive with my husband and 19 year old son.

I contacted a animal behaviorist my vet referred me to. There were only 2 in my state and I had to wait 7 weeks for her first appointment.

She told me to contact the breeder to let him know what was going on. I call Mr. Weaver several times and my calls were not returned. Then I emailed him and explained what was happening and asked if he had seen this before or if the other puppies in the litter were ok.

All I wanted was information and help. I got no response from him. After a week or so I tried to email him again only to have my email returned to me. He had blocked my email address. I even double checked by sending a blank email from another email address and it went right through.

The puppy worsened over the next few weeks he bit my husband 3 times it was like he didn't know what he was doing. 10 minutes after it happened he would act like nothing had happened.

He attacked my female bull terrier twice and he was trying to hurt her so I contacted the bull terrier rescue because I thought maybe they could help him. I was going to take him to them any day.

He had become so unpredictable that I walked him in the yard on a leash and kept him away from my female and family members in the house.

On May 10 he escaped from the kitchen and was trying to get to my female. I pushed her into the bedroom and slammed the door.

This saved her but not me. I reached down to grab his harness and he went right for my throat. He knocked me down and I was trying to get him off when my 16 year old daughter started hitting him and screaming at him.

I finally got him off and then he went after her he bit her twice before I could get him. I dragged him into the bedroom he had gone mad.

I knew what had to be done. He was just a 6 month old baby and there was something very wrong with his mind. Now I have stitches in my throat and my dog that I paid 1400.00 for is gone. This was not my puppy's fault.

This man is heartless. I just wanted his help nothing more.
