Terrible customer service and terrible product

Whoa - horrible customer support and horrible item. I requested 530 thread-count cotton blankets at $150/fixed - they're terrible. The toughest blankets I've ever endured as well as in my efforts to get hold of these folks, they simply dismiss me. Final resort - protest in public places.
