Not Competent home dog groome

Dyandria Darel claims to be a professional home dog Groomer for years. Impossible! Please do not ever use her if you love your dog. She came to my Manhattan home to groom my 5lb. Yorkie. She couldn't even manage to cut her nails while holding my dog. My mom and I had to help her by holding my dog.

Then she says " Oh! Did your dog have a cut on her ear?"I look and see my dog bleeding! She cut her ear. She then says " I think your dog had a scab from a cut". I had just brushed my dog earlier and she had nothing at all wrong with her ears and told her so.

She sends me down to CVS (after I suggested it) to get a styptic pencil to stop bleeding. Dog was shaking. I called my vet and he told me to keep it dry and clean to avoid infection but should be ok if bleeding had stopped.

She had no clue on how to handle a dog. However - she knew enough to ask for her $100 in cash when she left my home! My poor doggie had a piece of her ear cut! I am sick over this.

Please - if you love your pet - DON'T USE Dyndria Darel.
