Poor Service Bad Atitudes

I have went this store several times, and a time or two i two my child, annd I just could not believe my ears, because the own this young guy name Tom keep using so much profanity, I mean OMG every word was fuck or shit. This guy had no respect what so ever for my child being there. I mean just because the store was in Detroit that us Detroiters want to be treated with a level of sub standard service. I came there several times at the time the sign said they would be open and they werent. Other people said they open when they want. We I metionedthis to the owner he said he didnt real give a f@$k itis what it is. On top of all that they hardly have whhat you need, and if you ask them when of if they can get it the owner gives you this long ass story of all his problems. I called one day to see if the had what i need a guy anwsers the phone and says; " im just a computer geek can you call back later my son owns the stores he knows this stuff but if you need help with your computer or car I can help you: WTF. I advise people to find another store for there hydro needs.
