Ripoff I order the sample was charged a fee of 2 dollars, one month later charged $169.95 why?

I have contacted my bank trying to find out who had submitted a payment in the amount of $169.95. Now I'm in the process of contacting this company and want a refund. I have not received a statement from this company of any other amounts. They did not inquire if the patched worked or not.
