Ripoff. Reprenhensible the lack of moral fibe

Where does justice begin for the consumer? It is reprenhensible the lack of moral fiber that this company has shown the unsuspecting consumer.

A dear friend placed his trust in this repugnant company, he put irreplacible personal property with them for their safe keeping. They breeched that trust.

Now he has no pictures, plus the indignity of having paid for service, and fee's. At least that company could prorate what has been paid in by each consumer and return the obviously unused portion.

But they can never replace the pictures many had intrusted them with. They should be forced to do what's right, or suffer. A Cross Action law suit sounds good to me.
