Mader Law Group told me I was approved for a loan modification. It would lower my mortgage payments by hundreds of dollars and put all my late payments back in the loan. I was told not to worry that I was approved for Making Homes Affordable and they would get me a modification. I could never get ahold of anyone there and they wouldn't return my phone calls. I am loosing my home now and I have a sale date. They took my money and I'm loosing my home! Beware scam!
