Surfinglive Has not paid me for work done months ago

Let me guess itv360 has not paid you. I did work for them months ago they owe me over thousand dollars and the dude gives me a different excuse every time. I did some digging and found that there are many other people in my place, not paid, and no sign of getting paid. Seems like they hire someone for a gig, never pay and then just hire another guy, and it keeps rolling. Messed up right?
