Diana Peters/Ft Lauderdale FL Collected money for dogs she said she had in boarding that were in OUR shelter and never heard of her

I am a volunteer at Animal Control of West Florida (Chipley FL shelter) and was informed that someone was posting one of our dogs and her pups on their site and collecting money for them. I looked up Death Row Dog Rescue FB site and there was a picture of Polly and her pups and it was stated that Diana Peters had them in boarding and that they needed help with funds because she had no room in her house.

I commented on the tread as to why she was posting our dogs, saying she had them in boarding when they were, in fact, sitting in our shelter waiting to die. She deleted my comment and blocked me from making any more comments. The shelter never heard of her or from her. Someone sent me the emails of those who had donated at the time (over $300) and I emailed them and said she does not have our dogs and you sent her money under false information. She would not return money to those who asked.
