I was on a Web site looking for a contract programmer. This company bombarded the president of my company with solicitations. They worked hard to do this — I kep my identity anonymous, while on the site. They somehow figured out who I am, and then send multiple emails soliciting for the project I was researching. Then, when I called their Vienna, VA HQ, "Harish", the guy whose name was on the bottom, said he was not responsible for sending out the email solicitations — that's another department. He gave me a number for that department — ring no answer, of course. Just from their presales tactics, and willingness to violate the CAN-SPAM rules, I would advise anyone to refrain from doing business with this firm.
