Direc tv unauthorized and illegal charges to my bank account internet

Hello

Please, be alert about satellite dish companies such as DIREC TV. I am very upset with the company and in my opinion their business practices are illegal and they don't even follow fair collection practices.

I was forced to cancel their services within a month or two of adquiring their services but could not continue with their services due to my existing financial services and medical conditions. Yes I did pay my first 2 bills but could not continue but the fact is that they were not authorized to reach into my account and take money that does not belong to them and specially when they took from me the ammount of $521.34, which was part of the money that was destined to pay my mortgage and other medical bills.

In my opinion that is white collar theaf and is taking advantage and thinking that because somebody makes a one time payment using its own account now this company feels they can reach into peoples accounts when ever they feel to do so.
