Misleading, Late

Their "special pricing" is misleading/confusing... I ended up enrolled in some "savings club" for which you have to pay a monthly fee as well as an "identity protection" membership. Good thing I caught both hidden charges. I ordered flowers to surprise my best friend on May 12... They didn't go out until May 13, after I got worried and spilled the beans to her. I hope they are pretty enough for all the trouble, I won't be working with them again!!
