Look like scam, stay away

I really couldnot start a document closing in. Txf and was known "SpeedyPC" a department of SafeCart. I paid $39.94 for that item, saved it and attempted to utilize it. It allegedly did some kind of check, however there is no method to correct the "registry problems." I delivered them a contact to return the costs to my PayPal account, however they did not react. Worse, I had been placed on a computerized payment period to become billed over and over annually. I've eliminated the program from my pc — ideally it's completed no damage — but-don't understand how to obtain the organization to concern a reimbursement and also to quit the automated payment.
