Down with no warning, I want my money back from those scam artist

I paid $29.95 for a years memebership and had over a hundred pictures on there and now they are gone. Why wouldn't they send out emails to paying members to let us know so that we at least have the chance to get our pictures? I just want my money back. They offered a service, I paid and now that service is no longer being offered. Now where is my money???
