James Schoemer Aka J.S. Construction rip-off artist-advertises concrete work, collects the deposit, NEVER does ANY work. Major scam!

Advertises in the Pennysaver as J.S. Construction. Even goes as far as saying "insured". Provides business cards and written proposals and requires half the money up front. Cashes deposit check (in my case $1,250.00) and his work is complete. He doesn't return the money, doesn't return your phone calls... And doesn't do any work!!! He doesn't have a business, or even property so good luck collecting what he STOLE.

With several similiar complaints I will be able to charge him with criminal intent and grand theft. I have to prove a pattern says the D.A.
