Blue Baron BEWARE! Terrible Quality & No Customer Service! Pete Builds Complete Junk & Will Not Respond To You After The Sale!

Pete - Owner of Blue Baron Carpet Cleaning Systems LLC., is a liar, and a cheat! He builds poor quality equipment in his garage at home, uses day labor guys to do half of the work, and does not back anything he sells you!

We have had nothing but problems out of his junk equipment, and even more problem getting Pete to resolve them! Pete is a complete looser, and his work shows it. We have also been waiting on part of an order we made for over a year now, and we just get the run around from Pete when we do manage to get him on the phone (which is alway by hiding our #, that is the only time he answers!)

Bottom line, if you deal with this guy, Don't Say You Were Not Warned! By the way, he only takes wire transfers and cashiers checks so that you have no recourse to retrieve your money when he screws you!

The Axis Point Heat Exchangers we bought do not live up to the promise. The over heat in about 90-120 seconds, causing serious damage to all hoses & valves, and Then goes right to luke warm water after just a few seconds of cleaning! Complete junk! I now have the most expensive mufflers ever on my machines, as I have went back to propane and just use the Axis Point Heat Exchanger as a muffler: (
