Fraudulent saleman

My business was approached by a living well magazine salesman who stated that the magazine would be handedn out in our local grocery store. I went several times to the grocery store to verify that indeed the magazine was being handed out and even asked the manager where they were. He stated that they were never going to be handed out and they would be on the outside of the grocery store if a customer want's one. My credit card was never to be charged because I was going to be billed. I noticed that living well deducted 3x' from my bank account without my authorization. When I did finally reach a representative I was told that the salesman lied and they were not going to credit my account or do anything to solve the problem. I called my bank to have the charges reversed and they stated they can't do anything for me.
