I came home from Iraqi Freedom to a divorce and the possibility of losing my house. After several years of vainly searching for a law firm to litigate on my behalf against B of A, a friend recommended Gordon and Assoc.in L.A.
Since my ex wife wants nothing to do with the house, and would rather see me homeless, I knew that getting any necessary paperwork from her would be futile. Their representative, Patrick Soria and another member of their law firm, both stated that nothing would be required from my ex wife.
After I singed the contract and sent them my $1,000.00 retainer, they asked for paperwork concerning my ex wife. When I informed them of the original agreement, they dropped me as a client saying that I breached the contract by not submitting all necessary paperwork.
