Aggressive Customer Support and Horrible Cleansing!

The TOUGHEST dry cleaning expertise and support I've actually obtained!

I got my tops directly into Cleanitizing Drycleaners (10823-23 Method, Edmonton, stomach). After I slipped off my tops, I stated some places, stains, etc., specific focus on the cuffs / collars as well as for the shirts to become washed twice. I decided to spend double the cost for that additional wash, not a problem. While I selected them up, I examined every top when I've had issues with bad cleansing and spots overlooked before and there is certainly one place skipped that I'd described. Another top had AN ENORMOUS ORANGE WATERMARK onto it. After I directed this out towards the customer support woman, Sonja, she looked blankly at me as though to express "WHAT EXACTLY?". I expected for that tops to become re-washed correctly. (Again, this isn't my very first time needing to deliver garments back but I had been prepared to provide them with still another opportunity.) Sonja named the dog owner-supervisor of the place, Satwinder E. Dhillon, who proceeded to SHOUT AT ME, exclaiming how she can't upgrade them, they consider a lot of time, etc. Then Satwinder, however shouting, subsequently had the nerve to DECLINE ANY FUTURE SUPPORT. I had been surprised! Not just did they FAILTO DO THEIR CAREERS and wash the spots as required, but SATWINDER HAD THE AUDACITY TO YELL AT ME, the client, for comfortably requesting it to become cured! Not have I experienced such AGGRESSIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Don't consider your garments for this area, they are doing low quality cleansing, do not follow directions and you will be aggressive toward you should you anticipate a typical degree of support!!! I would recommend BUYER BEWARE!!!
