I have done several jobs for Cobalt / life storage. They never pay the sub contractors what they owe. They make you wait and wait and use every excuse to with hold money. The owners have new porsche and BMW. Land rovers new houses with new pools yet they screw the people that build life storage (cobalt is the company that ownes life storage) same owners same CON MEN and dead beats. Every sub hates them. The plumbers. / elect/painters. The people in the barrington office are pros at coning and scaming us out of money. Cobalt con / Life storage beware if you dobusiness with them.
