Ordered a diecast cast from this seller. Package arrived in good condition. However, upon unpacking, I observed that a damaged item was shipped. After getting approval, I returned this item by UPS and with a tracking number. After 4 weeks, they still refuse to refund.in the past, they have shipped damaged items before, so this is a trend with them.
