Jared Shafer murdered Thomas Gaules mother. Im Ellen who lived with Tom Gaule whose mother was murdered by Jared Shafer in 1998. I lived with Tom who was the love of my life up until the time he died of cancer in 2009. Recently Ive been diagnosed with Leukemia, which makes it the perfect time to let the world know about Jared E. Shafer who murders old people for profit. Anne Marie Gaule became ill in 1996 and Tom and I wanted to take care of her. This meant keeping Anne in her home. We had the resources to hire nurses, personally care for Anne, and provide the love and companionship she could enjoy for her last days on earth.

Jared E Shafer trolls in the dark like a gray shark looking for its prey. Through his office in the Clark Countys public guardians department he found us. Like a vicious blood sucking monster he attacked our family. As his teeth sucked the life blood out of our family, we quickly realized Anne Marie Gaule was the one who was being hurt by this vicious and corrupt killer. Jared Shafer had Anne removed from her home, placed in a filthy nursing home located in Pahrump Nevada, and attempted to keep Tom from visiting his mother. The Pahrump home was poorly managed, which allowed me to walk in and go directly to Anns room. She was unclean, her clothes were dirty, and she was begging to be returned to her son. While I was talking with her Claire Shafer, Jared Shafers wife walked into the room. Claire shook Anne and said you dont talk with strangers. Then Claire screamed at me. She said get out of here if you know what is good for you.

Toms case went to appeal. One of his lawyers came to our home. He said Mr. Shafer said if he tried too hard to help Tom, the lawyer would never work in Nevada again. Tom said he would go it alone. Tom received a personal visit from Jared Shafer. Mr. Shafer said if you want to live a normal life you will stop this stupid child case and you will drop it now. Im the guardian and no one will mess with me. Shafer went on to say the family court belongs to me and Im not going to let a little ant like you mess things up.

About two months later an employee who resigned from the Pahrump nursing home approached me while I was shopping. She said they are starving Toms mother. Jared Shafer has ordered this. I couldnt stand it so I quit. The lady said Im leaving the state and returning to Tennessee.

The newspapers reported about Annes trust, but this report isnt about her money. People need to know about the dishonest Las Vegas family court and how they are murdering innocent people. I was going to remain silent, after reading the numerous reports filed about Mr. Shafer it was time for me to speak out.in the last moments of my life I wont be around long enough to see anything done about Mr. Shafer. I pray someone will be able to change this system.
