Showcase Design Marketing - Merrik Sakwa Scammed us out of $1500 by never sending out our ad we payed for

Sheldon Sakwa came to us under his companies name Showcase Design Marketing LLC. He told us he could send out an online advertisement for our company which would reach 100,000 people in the area. We payed him the $1500 for this service yet the ad never got sent out. He admitted this but said he didnt have the money to pay us back. I took him to small claims court and won but he still has not paid us back. I have filed a subpoena to see his assets which he says he has none. This guy is a total scam artist. Do not trust anything he says.
